Review: BEWARE: 5 star flour - in 1 star shipping packaging - The flour is great but I won’t order it on desertcart again! I ordered the same flour directly from central milling as well as desertcart. Price is pretty equal after factoring in shipping. The big difference is that the flour shipped directly from the company arrived in good condition in a box adequate for the flour bag, while the flour from desertcart arrived in a box that was too big which caused the bag of flour to bust open and it ended up with dirt in it. Basically unusable. It’s not cheap flour and should be handled better by desertcart. I’ve used flour from this company for bread baking previously and very happy with it. I’m a big fan of the convenience of ordering everything in one place but with this item I’ll make the extra effort to order from the company directly from now on.

I have to wonder if some shoppers didn't realize it was organic, or if they're trying to drive people away from their supply, lol. But that isn't fair to the company.

The flour is great but I won’t order it on Amazon again! I ordered the same flour directly from central milling as well as Amazon. Price is pretty equal after factoring in shipping. We've been baking and making pasta like mad during the Covid lockdown and were having a hard time finding flour...particularly organic. This was a bit more pricey (but not that much) than the Bob's Red Mill organic. I think the price has gone up since I last purchased this, but it's a good product. However, at this moment in time it looks like Whole Foods is well stocked in the flour department.
