The controls are easy to use. It does say to not keep battery in the charger all the time, unlike some other models for which it makes no difference. It is a light and portable device and we carry it to where we need it, in th the lowered position.It stays stable in the tub and is easy to clean. ### ⭐ Battery won't charge after only 4 month *by A***R on May 14, 2024* Purchased for my daughter with CP, worked perfectly fine for 4 months and then the battery would no longer charge. No returns with Amazon and the seller does not answer emails or phone calls. ### ⭐⭐ It floats??!! *by P***N on April 8, 2025* My wife if immobile. So, I bathe her. The only issue I have with this lift, it will no stick to the tub. The suction cups are too small. Since this is an exact replacement for a bath-lift she had for years, when comparing the suction cups, the newer version had suction cups which were a full 3/4 inch smaller. As a result, when she slides from the chair to the tub, this bath-lift floats.
