I find that they work best for me of I spend the whole day drinking plenty of water and not really eating anything, take one with a pint of water about an hour before and they work every time really well. I've also tried after a meal and stuff and they don't work. Everyone's different but I now know how the work best. A whole day not eating but drink plenty of water and they are well worth the money:)

I've been using these tablets for a few years and have usually had very good results even using half a tablet sometimes as suggested by someone on here. I find the effects are long lasting going on into the next day some times, I think the only time they dont fully work is if taken with a meal. They are my 'go to' tablets for this, and no they dont work immediately, you have to be err 'stimulated' to get the effect, then its all gooood!

I bought this item 3 or 4 times before. It used to give a superb result. I usually took half of a capsule 💊. But now, it seems they have changed something on its formulation. It even doesn’t have that strong taste/smell anymore and definitely doesn’t work anymore.

The product worked but unfortunately the side effects is the the thing that makes it awful, you get strong headache after taking it. Rather than that it worked

Does the job. Use only on empty stomach with plenty of water. Have side effects - blocked nose, headache, similar like cold symptoms for a next day or same day later.
