Tastes good on pork, veal and potatoes!
This is my favorite seasoning for schnitzel- I sprinkle some in my flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. I even put a little bit on the pork or veal after pounding it out. It isn’t too strong of a taste as long as you only use a small amount in all the layers. I have even used this when I make home fries. It has a distinct flavor- I can’t describe it, but it doesn’t taste like anything else I have in my pantry.

I’ve used this seasoning for years and have always purchased at a military commissary but Amaxinnhas saved the day once again! Love it

Very small bag. 100grams.
I should’ve looked closer at the size of the bag. It’s probably a 1/4 the size I’d thought it would be for $8.00 Small as a pack of cigarettes. As for flavor I didn’t get that far. I’ll update when/if I decide to keep it.
