The sunshade is simply attached with supplied bolts - pass them through the holes, fit the plastic washers and screw on the big plastic knobs. It's not like putting together an Ikea wardrobe!!! **Q: How much assembly is involved please?** A: Very little - I'm no diy enthusiast and it took me about 5 minutes. If you can't manage it - you'll probably find it hard to work out how to lie down on it too!!! Actually mine had a slight fault preventing assembly - and they replaced it without question. Good service - very impressed. **Q: Can it go completely flat so you can lay on your front?** A: Yes. It folds down completely flat and doesn't tip up when you switch position either as some do. I bought two of them. I only had two small things which could be improved.1) I am quite wide and my arms are in contact with the metal sides.
