OK - I will address the most important aspect of a guitar cord first - even though it's not the focus of my review... - The cord sounds great. I am not some Audiophile...I just know a crappy cord when I hear one - This is a good cord because it's transparent, no level drop-off, loss or distortion of sound quality or EQ, and most importantly ...no induced noises, buzzing, crackling, hums generated by the cord. - The reason I am 5Star-ing the cord is mainly because of the ends and the build . After TWO TIMES having to go to the Repair Tech at GC - and have him fix my jack because I likely put my acoustic down too hard on the stage floor... Screwing up the jack, Breaking it before I could play on stage (Sadness)... - Cost like $50bucks to check/ fix each time. - (The Tech suggested I look into a 90º /Right Angle Guitar Cord) - I did, and I have not had the problem since. - I like the cord because of the build of the Right Angle Plug is a Very Solid One-Piece Jack - In the past, these 90º jacks were a straight piece - connected to the flat Jack, held together by 2-4 tiny screws...which always fell out over time, became loose and noisy... - Also.... two things that seem trivial, But are VERY helpful, when you have finished playing on a small dark stage and the Host is yelling at you to get Your Gear and YourSelf off of his stage ASAP! - The Cord has a "braided" covering - not sure of the mechanics why, but the cord tends to Not get tangled as easily - and when it does - definitely not as severely as a regular cord. - Also the colour -the stripe-y Yellow colour is definitely helpful when trying to quickly find your main cord against a dark floor - in the dark.... It's a Small thing, But in that moment, it's a Huge Thing! - The Low Price for that Level of Overall Quality, Build / Design Features / Sound Quality - and Potential Money / Tech Headaches Savings ... tells me that it deserves a 5Star. My confidence at that "Moment of Truth" when the Sound Guy says to "Plug in and turn up the volume" - is definitely worth WAY More than $9bucks!

Time will tell how long it lasts, but out of the packaging this cable is great. Feels sturdy, no buzz or hiss, and looks nice to. Will definitely buy this again if I ever need a replacement.

Very inexpensive and durable cable. An excellent value. I've been using it on gigs for a long time, and it is in perfect condition. Every bit as good as far more expensive cables. Don't be fooled by advertising.

The connectivity is perfect , the functionality is spot on , it's flexibility is good , cable is safe , color so it's singled out. Perfect value for your money. Just wish it was delivered on time like it was supposed to not 2 days late

This Amazon Basics TS cable delivers clean sound with no noise or interference. It feels sturdy, connects firmly, and works perfectly with my keyboard and other instruments. The build quality is excellent for the price. A great cable to have for rehearsals or live use!

First off I love the color-the other cable I’ve got is black and the pop of yellow is a bit nice. It does tend to tangle a bit more than a fender professional cable but It works just as well sound and quality wise.

I needed a right angle on my cable, so I bought this one. It's okay. Overall, bad first impression. It's a pretty cheap cable, I cannot be mad at this price. For 5 bucks more, I would get the Ernie Ball cable if I could do it over, I think. I consider EB a budget option. They don't make the best by any stretch of the imagination. I will compare this with EB. The jacks seem smaller than Ernie's, and came in unscrewed, with the metal screw-down sleeve jangling. The jacks don't slide in with the same snugness. The cable is much lighter, and not of the same gauge as an EB. This will not be as tangle resistant. The braided covering of the cable is slippery and cheap feeling, but may be more resistant to fraying because of this. I think it's uglier in person. It's more yellow than brown to my eye. All of this said, It's so cheap. I've paid more for certain patch cables at local guitar stores, so I cannot logically be mad at it, or even disappointed. The value is there.
