will it fit on 32 oz bottles ?

It's really not the content size of the bottle, it's the size of the top/thread that is relevant. For example, I used this to fill several 32oz content size bottle, but the funnel worked on one bottle and not the other of the same content size. Note: I know for sure it works on the Clorox Bleach cleaner spray bottles as I buy the big refill Costco packs. It's only $5 bucks, just buy it - if it doesn't work on your 32 oz, it'll work on something else.

Will this fit on a 2 Liter soda bottle?

Don't know, but why don't you take the cap from the 2 liter soda bottle and try to twist it onto a spray bottle - if it fits, great. If it doesn't and you order it, you're only out five bucks.

Will it fit ik tr1 bottle?

It should. Adam’s make both the funnel and the ik tr1 bottles. Chances are good. I just did a simple search on Amazon and the funnel is wrap with their other products. Besides, it’s only $4 bucks, useful for all other universal bottles.

will this thread on a garden hose?

Have not tried, would never think to do so as it is a funnel. Here's an idea, why don't you take one of your sprayer top (like Windex sprayer top), and see if it fits. That is exactly the same size and threading... Or order it, it's only $5
