I have fine hair that only got worse after my last product was an epic fail. it had gotten so dry and thin from bad products. I have been shopping for a leave in since summer. My kid finds showers overwhelming and the less time they're under the water the better. I saw someone saying this was in their top 10 on TikTok and checked it out. I'm so impressed! I was concerned my hair was too fine and it would be heavy and greasy but my hair is so happy. It feels good, it looks good. After I put it on my hair I wipe the excess on my dry skin on my body and honestly this stuff works better and feels better than my body lotion. It's made my kiddo's hair much more manageable too. He's 10 and his hair is to mid-back, thick with loose curls. It matts up far less easily now. I can't express how happy I am

Good stuff. Could not find at my Target locally, or my regular grocery store, so I ordered it here. I bought on the recommendation of another curly girl, Caucasian, who is friends with a woman who is Indian-American, also with curly hair; they both use and love this stuff. Their texture is very different from mine-- thin, fine and wavy, vs very curly. My African -American friend has super thin, fine hair and felt this did not work as well for her, but she is very tightly and kinky-curled, and her texture is even more coarse and rough than mine. I am Caucasian with very thick, coarse and bushy, spiral-curly hair underneath and looser, less spirally curly hair on top. It is not thin or fine anywhere on my head, and it has various types of curl throughout (spiral, wavy, kinky, and weirdly, almost straight)-- and lots and lots and lots of frizz. I can only use this right after washing my hair. If I try to put it in my 2nd or 3rd day, unwashed hair, it can feel too thick and stiff, and does not perform the same as when put in wet. It really helps hold the curl pattern and reduce frizz, though I still do use Frizz ease or another silicone/dimethicone product as my hair has no natural shine due to its coarseness/roughness. I do not have issues with silicones or derivatives, as my hair is so very thick--if it were fine or fragile, I would not use them. I air dry and never blow dry; I do not straighten or flat iron my hair. I do not use curlers or rollers of any kind. Not for everyday--maybe once in a while for a special occasion. Leave-in condish is a great addition to my hair-care arsenal. It is not too expensive, lasts a long time and does not have an unpleasant smell. I do not break out on my hands or head when using this regularly, which happens often enough with other products I have used.

As any athlete or just anyone with curly hair knows, maintaining it can be a hassle, especially when it doesn’t look decent in the mornings. I have to do my hair quickly in the mornings between the gym and school and honestly this product does my curls justice. It’s the only product I use after washing my hair, the value is great, it works amazingly, and it lasts fairly long. It also doesn’t leave behind a bad smell (it actually smells pretty good) or makes my hair look greasy like most products. It’s honestly made my life so much easier and my curls a lot more hydrated and easier to maintain. It’s also worked on my friends with different curl types. 100% recommend! (p.s. also makes my hair look flawless on digital cams)

Luxurious feel. Love it

This stuff works well. The consistency is very strange, comes out like an antibiotic ointment yet doesn't feel or leave behind a greasy texture at all. It works well enough for my daughter's 3C/4A hair. When used with Pillow Soft Curls it's fantastic. I personally feel like this brand is the very best for wavy, curly and all mixed textured hair types. I've tried all the Mixed, Miss's, Aunt's, and Uncle's hair products. Miss Jessie's is the best one for us. I just wish that they had an actual mousse product. Jelly curls is nice but if you need a real mousse go with the brand, The Doux. Best one out there but a bit pricy.

Smells so so good. The texture when wet is a little sticky, but it comes off easily by just using water. My curls are so hydrated, and this has helped restore my damaged hair! I have type 2C-3A hair texture. Feels super light in the hair and lasts a good long time!

Perfect cream for curls and doesn’t leave my hair feeling dry or crunchy.

The product is (probably) fine, but the cover was off and the product had leaked into the bag. The cap should have been taped. Maybe buy from a different vendor. As for the product, it’s helpful for calming my curly hair.
