no. they are for toddlers. fits my 2.5 year old 4 year old. they are size 7 and 8 shoes.

my son is 3, but he wears a size 8. They fit him fine, but I think they would be small on a size 11. Also, they are not crafted very well. 3 socks already have holes. :(
