A: Black....

**Q: Is this the entire mount for the camera or just a replacement  sticky pad to adhere to the windshield?**
A: It includes the mount.

**Q: Came with no instructions how to prep windshield and install. Anyone willing to share?**
A: Clean windshield area with alcohol, remove paper from pad to stick on camera. This sticks very well, so be sure of placement before applying to windshield. Worked great.
