I will it again because I like it.
This time I was able to salvage only 1 pound. I know since this is a fresh product it can go bad during transit. I will buy it again just because how much I like it. But getting it fresh and able to utilize the 5lbs, is a gamble

Wrong product
The product I ordered was not the one I got. The Malanga I ordered is of a pink color (see the word "LILA" on description. Instead I got the regular yellow Malanga .The scientific name for purple or pink malanga is Xanthosoma sagittifolium. It is a tropical plant known for its edible corms and is commonly used in various cuisines. The color of the corms can vary, with some varieties displaying purple or pink flesh.

A bit dissapointed
I think they could have done a bit of a better job for how expensive it was. There were a few tiny pieces that were soggy and seemed bad already. Especially if they want a recurring customer.
