Peg Perego Car Seat Travel Bag, Black

We have only used this product on 2 flights so far, and it performed as needed so far. No tears, or broken zippers. The bag also fit the car seat base in it as well. The bag doesn't feel like it's made of the sturdiest material, and the zippers feel like they could potentially break or snag.... but none of that has occurred yet (so I can't really ding the product more a non-existent issue).

This bag is great! It isn't designed this way but in a pinch you can wear it like a backpack. Anyone trying to lug a toddler, suitcase, and car-seat through LAX knows how handy that feature alone can be. An added benefit is that car-seats are free to check. We always stash our diapers, wipes, stuffed animals, and maybe a blankey or two in there with the car-seat. People at bag-check don't care and it saves us space in our bags! It has been back and forth to Hawaii three or four times and is going strong!

We bought this product to help protect our car seat (peg perego 4/35) when we fly and travel. It's really just a big duffel bag and simple cover with no padding to help protect the seat. It will help protect from rain and dirt but will not help protect it from being thrown around in luggage at the airport. We just wish it had a little more protection to it! The travel bag seems to be good quality though. The bag fits our Peg Perego 4/35 Carseat and base perfectly.

I needed to take my daughters car seat when we were flying out of town so I purchased this. I was sceptical because of some of the reviews but after using it I was completely happy. Due to timing i didnt have time to fit it to the car seat prior to flying out and had a hard time figuring out how it fit in. After 5 min of trying I was afraid it didnt fit but we kept working on it since we were already at the airport :-0 We eventually got it on and it was a tight fit. We got it zipped and it made it very easy to carry the car bulky car seat. (I have one of the ones with two cup holders built in I forget the brand) It made it to our destination and back home again with no tears or rips. Ive sinced used it one other time and its still in great condition with no tears or rips. So i am completely happy with it especially for the price. My only assumption with those that say its cheap and ripped is that whomever was handling it flung it around or threw luggage on top of it. Try checking it at the gate instead of curbside that might help.It also leaves room for storage on in the seat of the car seat which can help with packing.

It fits our car seat. You can even add a few bags of diapers and toys for your travel. There was a tiny tear after one travel, will see how it will withstand others.

Fits the Peg Perego Car seats perfectly- we have the both the infant carseats and the convertible car seats and both styles fit great- even the big convertible seats- it takes a little effort to fit those in, but once you get it situated right, you can close the zippers without struggle. It would be nice if these had backpack straps on for carrying through airports.

Overall very poor quality. The straps have starting ripping apart after a couple of trips. The zippers are also poor quality and snag on the very thin outer shell material easily. Also, this bag makes carrying the carseat very cumbersome. I find no real comfortable difference between lugging it on my back while the arm straps cut into my shoulders, or lugging it in front of me while the carseat bangs against my shins. In my opinion, spend a little extra money and get a carrier bag with wheels.

One flight and the bag has torn through on the 2 bottom corners. The seat was even gate checked to prevent any excessive handling, but apparently even that was too much wear for the bag. I'm super disappointed in this bag because it seems like a real miss to not just reinforce the corners (especially the bottom ones) with some thicker material. The material uses is really thin like a light wind breaker. I may try to sew done canvas patches there to get more use out of it, but really what a lame design. I always thought Peg Perego was a thoughtful company when it came to product design, but there is no way anyone there tested this bag on an actual commercial flight. I'm giving 2 stars because I think the product could be improved to be a winner.

Perfetta, capiente, molto comoda, facilmente lavabile. Indispensabile, a mio avviso, per i viaggi in aereo, poiché assicura che l'ovetto o il seggiolino restino puliti nonostante la permanenza nella stiva. Consigliata.

I bought this bag for a different carseat, not Peg Perego, and it fits inside, even though not perfectly. It's quite uncomfortable to carry. It would be a lot better if you could carry it on the back. Also, the material seems very thin.
