Work
these are a life saver just remember to keep them away from the area your animals or you are at as it smells just right to attract flies. It is meant to "draw them away" but they work great. easy to set up and east to get rid of. You will catch lots of flies,

Yes they smell, but most importantly, they work
Firstly, these bags smell AWFUL. I didnโt find this shocking personally but just to warn everyone else, these are gross. HOWEVER - they work like nothing else. I take care of a lot of horses and these bags are great for fly control. I hang them around high traffic areas and they work super duper well. I think how long they last and how durable they are will depend on where you place them and the climate of your location. Some of my bags had some sun damage but they were placed in areas without shade, so your mileage may vary. The bags are pretty easy to install and work really well. I strongly recommend these for anyone working at a barn or farm

Smell like roadkill -- work like magic
We've been using these for a couple of years on our duck pen. Florida heat + duck "residue" = big nasty flies that were getting into our house. They work incredibly well, and the large bags last several weeks before needing to be replaced (i.e., filled to capacity with 1000s of dead flies). They don't smell bad initially, but a couple of hours after you activate the stank mix with water, you'll know it's there. The detectable funk radius is 10-15 feet. Inside that, be prepared for the odor. We've found that hanging it on the back side of the pen away from the house works great. Hanging it further away from the source (the pen) wasn't as effective.

AMAZING!!!
OMG!! I hung one of these 50โ from my chicken coop. I dump chicken poop daily into a pile in our woods 50โ behind our coop. I hung this bag on May 13 the day after I received them. I hung about 6-7 feet high directly over the poop pile. Today I checked the bag. In only 4 days it was nearly full. Prior to hanging this I had only seen one fly in the coop. So I thought it was maybe a little early but I wanted to get a jump on the flys before they were overwhelming. I also hung one inside the coop about 6-7 feet high. There are maybe 8-10 flys inside that bag. I have not seen one fly since I hung these. I also had seen a couple flys inside our greenhouse on the 13th. I had planned to hang another in or near the greenhouse but I have not hung it yet. I have not seen any flies in the greenhouse since the day I hung these either. Our greenhouse is about 100-125โ from the chicken coop. I had hoped and expected these to help with our fly situation this season. But these fly bag traps way surpassed my expectations. I am so pleasantly surprised and am definitely ordering more. All I can say is WOW!!!! For reference I ordered the four pack of the big (largest) bag. They are super easy to use. Just cut the top around the dotted line. Add water to the fill line and hang! Super easy and super effective. Kill those buggers before they lay eggs (yuck) and reproduce!

Really works!
Quick acting fly attractant/trapper. Easy to set up but does not have a hanging string so you must provide your own. Each trap quickly traps 100s of flies (gross). Best to use at least 10โ away from the area you want to be fly-free due to the odor of attractant. (smells like rotting garbage). But Iโd rather the bad smell than have to deal with all the flies in my chicken run. Iโd give it 5 stars but for the odor and the Lack of a hanging device.

Worth the money
We have used these fly traps for several years. They are a little smelly but they really help keep the flies down. Every fly in that trap is one fly that is not laying eggs!

My go to product for fly control
Great product for fly control! I stock up on them in the spring to use around the chicken coop and other areas outside that attract flies. Within hours of placing them up, they start to work. I have not been disappointed with there effectiveness yetโฆ

Effective, Easy to Use, and Best When Set Up Early
The Big Bag Fly Traps have been a game-changer for keeping flies under control! They are incredibly effective at reducing fly populations, especially when placed early in the season before flies have a chance to breed and multiply. Setup is quick and hassle-freeโjust add water and hang them in a strategic spot, and they start working right away. The design traps flies efficiently, preventing them from becoming a nuisance around outdoor spaces like patios, barns, and garbage areas. Over time, I noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of flies buzzing around, making outdoor activities much more enjoyable. The trap can hold a large number of flies, so I donโt have to replace it too often, and the disposable nature makes cleanup simple. If youโre dealing with pesky flies every season, I highly recommend using these before the problem gets out of hand. They work wonders, keeping outdoor areas comfortable and fly-free!

Good bye flies!!
I LOVE these!! About 3 Summers ago, we started having really bad horse flies/black flies and they were very annoying and stung us everywhere. We live close to a pond so our yard is very moist and humid - which the flies looove. I was desperate for something to help us, and I found these fly trap bags. They work AMAZING. I have 2 or 3 bags out at all times during the Summer and I change themwhen they're full (which is abour once every 4 to 6 weeks!!). We still have a few flies bugging us at the beginning of Summer when it's very humid outside, but after that, we have NONe which is amazing. We can now enjoy being outside all Summer. I have 3 bags outside right now and two are basically full, one is a week old (the one where you can see the light brown water). The ones that are dark are full of flies!!! It's crazy!! The bags stink a LOT though but we put them about 50 feet from our house so I can't smell them when I'm on my deck and in my yard!

Useless
The ones I received say "made in China" despite what the amazon description says, and attracted zero flies. Complete waste of money

AMAZING traps
Bought these for flies around our property and within a few hours it had started to catch flies. Almost 2 weeks later one bag is half full of flies and the other is almost full and also caught many flies and large beetles. There are other cheaper brands that had poor reviews and said to go with the Rescue brand and glad I did! Highly recommend.

Not One Fly.
Did I do something wrong? Add water, hang near flies? I did that! Loads of flies flying around, but not one went anywhere near the trap. I left it there for weeks, just in case it needed to age. Nope. Didn't help.

Great for outdoors, ineffective in barns
They were useless in the barn/calf barn/milk house as I donโt think the attractant is strong enough to attract the flies away from spilled milk and calf/cow manure. BUT! They work like a charm around the house. I live on a dairy farm and flies are a constant problem in my house. But I hung several of these fairly close to my house, and I have noticed a huge improvement. A couple things to note, there is a bit of a smell, so be prepared to smell that when you walk close or hang them further away.
