Helpful tea!
Ok, so this is kind of a sensitive subject, but this tea was super helpful for me during and after a flare. I also took it when I thought I was going to have a flare (symptoms of feeling unwell, achy, slight LLQ abdominal pains, fatigue). This along with taking it easy/liquid diet was very helpful! If you are on the fence, I would suggest trying this tea, it has a great blend of ingredients to help calm an irritated colon. I would suggest drinking it twice daily when feeling unwell to keep things lubricated. I added a teaspoon of honey, which is my go to with most teas which really elevated the flavor, but honestly this tea is not bad by itself, and very soothing/pleasant.

Great product
Very excited and pleased with this tea. It has the three best herbs in it. I noticed a big difference the second day drinking it. I'm using 3 teaspoons of blend to 6 oz of water and steep for 5 minutes. I drink one a day and feel at this point that is all I need to help my gut and stomach issues.

Great tea for calming diver flare up. Mine did not come with the tea infuser spoon.
Used for diverticulitis flare up. It’s good to drink any time. The tea had a nice flavor. Fresh looking product.

HIGHLY recommend
I was diagnosed with mild acute diverticulitis a couple months ago and have been fighting with mild flare ups as I learn what triggers my symptoms. I found this tea to be very helpful in reducing symptoms and discomfort. It works very well! I’m not a big tea person but the flavor is very good.
