Just and well made as our old one that lasted 15 years.
Works great bought this one to have a back up to one just like it. Good thing we did because shortly after receiving this one the old one broke. So far this one is working great and just and well made as our old one that lasted 15 years.

Great quality and build—we will have this for years!
Have used this for dozens of pallets and shipments already. It is heavy duty and solid. All parts and components are as tight and solid as they were on day one. Get greasy, get strapping, and get shipping!

Unable to get tight tension
Generally a nice tool. However, it doesn't tighten down the straps as tight as we would like it here at the plant.

wears out quick
I bought this brand a few years ago and got a lot of life out of my tensioners. I bought some replacements earlier this year and two out of two are already worn out. The build quality of this brand has definitely fallen short. Like others, the tensioner wheel wore out quickly.

Works just as goog ass $300+brand name
Bought to replace a brand name that broke. Save a couple hundred bucks + the arm is longer and the ball makes it easier to get metal strap tight to band aluminum radiators for recycling I don't like buying NON US made products BUT .... when the tool goes from 119 to 337 for the same damn tool im not paying that
