Next, there were a few "carbon Powders" available, they probably make carbon in every size you can think of from dust to huge blocks. So I sometimes don't rinse my pad if I am in a hurry (tank maintenance business) and think "carbon powder was good enough back then" and it didn't hurt anything (that I know of). **Q: Whats the actual measurement of the filter? Size from top to bottom, from side to side, I know what power filters it fits, but I need the measurements** A: The product dimensions are 6.5 x 6.8 inches, with each filter being less than 1" thick. **Q: Twice in 2019 i bought 6-packs of the c cartridges on amazon for about $7 a pack. why has the price of tripled?** A: "Amazon Sellers strive to offer competitive prices on all products they sell. They also need to make a profit so that they can continue to sell on Amazon. The price has likely increased due to increased costs of inventory, fees, and selling on Amazon." **Q: Can you use these in Aqua-tech 30-60 filtration systems?** A: I would think it would be to long for that filter. But i am notpositive about my answer. Probly 95% positive the answer would be no, i have a filter on a smaller tank that i think has this filter system you are talking about and when i compare the two it would stick up out of filter so lid would definatly not go on it. To get the water crystal clear requires two filters, replaced every two weeks.
