Considering that she keeps her house about 17 degrees (mid sixties Fahrenheit) the dough rose perfectly and the pizza crust had a nice jump in the oven

Love not having added Aluminum
No longer have to use that Arm & Hammer Aluminum filled product. A bit pricey but worth the money.
