The book has a lot of travel ideas.

This book is very comprehensive, with a lot of great information on Arizona day trips. We drove from one end of the state to the other, and this book provided many cool stops along the way. I only wish there was an index in the back that grouped the sites by CITY name. That would have been more helpful as we drove through each town.

The book is well organized, but descriptions are very brief and do not go into a lot of detail. The biggest downside, however, is there are no maps. So as you read about each site, you need to have a separate map handy to see the location and route options.

I got this book for my husband so I haven't really looked thru it yet. But he says it's a really good book with lots of info on where to go for a day trip.

I loved this book. Although our trip has been postponed, I have no doubt that this book will guide all of our adventures. There are many off the beaten path recommendations, as well as, mainstream activities. I can't wait to visit and put this fantastic book to use!
