I have been giving these to my son every day, for a little over a week now, and I believe that it has helped. I honestly thought that yogurt would have enough probiotics for him but once he had strep the doctor told me he just wasn't getting enough of the good stuff. This is his first year in school and so he is body is fighting. These are giving him a good boost and I am really glad that we added this to his diet.I thought that I would get tiny pearls so that my son could swallow them and these were supposed to be better than the chewable ones. The instructions say that it is best to swallow them but you can chew them. The flavor is very yucky according to my son. He hasn't been able to shallow them yet so for now he is chewing them.
