As far as I can tell, after a few weeks of using with my third grader is that it is most appropriate to teach children how to read and answer test questions. It is SO MUCH more complicated than it needs to be for the children to understand the math concepts. It is like a training book on how to understand and answer test questions about math - not about how to actually do and understand math. We'll probably just throw it out. Review: I do not speak French - The book illustrated here is inEnglish. The book I got is your in FRENCH. I do. To speak French. What the hell am I supposed to do with this now?
