The only downside i have found is that you can't smoke while the device is plugged in (charging). This could be a problem for some who smoke regularly (as the device takes 3.5 hours for a full charge). First was not using the supplied power cable which is short ..the alternative (longer) cable appeared similar and fitted but did not charge ..and on another occasion using the supplied Lambda USB cable I had to use an alternative USB plug as another similar plug didn't appear to be charging? I have also turned the USB connection from the cable to the Lambda device as well on occasion.. if I remember correctly ..when experiencing charging issues ... If any of these options doesn't help (work} I'd return it for replacement or refund .. **Q: Can it be user with iqos heets sticks?** A: Yes, It's what I use with it.
