DOES NOT WORK
I tried to use this to cut cake, and the wire just bended and pressed against it. I tried pushing, I tried a back and forth movement, none of it worked. I do A LOT of baking, and knwo how to cut cakes but ordered this for precision. The wire I don't think was "stainless steel wire" or "carbon steel wire" as they have claimed. If it was, then there was something wrong in the manufacturing process. It couldn't cut a soft sponge. Does not work. Don't buy.

Cake cuter.
Very good at its job. Bit wobbly at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s great. I like that it’s got 2 cutting wires - makes it easier and leveller to cut a gateau for the filling.very pleased.
