Old Skool Compatible with Nintendo DS Lite Battery Pack Replacement - Rechargeable

This item definitely worked with my old ds lite i had stored that didn’t have any life. After buying the plug which I didn’t have either and had to buy as well. I also loved the fact that it included the Screwdriver to open the battery compartment. Great find. Very happy with it.

I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my DS! Finally found the problem! Ordered a new one! Saved the day!

It came and looks like someone slapped a sticker over it. The battery did not work. I tried charging it thinking that it just needed charging and it still does not work. I have two Nintendo DS lite so I used one of my other battery’s on it to test if it was my DS that was the problem and it worked just fine so the battery is defective. I would not recommend this.

Not exactly like in the picture like I was expecting!! Very disappointed in How very unalike and unreliable it feels!! Very disappointed!!

The battery pack was very difficult to get into the ds lite. Once I looked closely, I determined that there were hard stickers on top of the battery that were misaligned. I had to trim these stickers with a razor blade several times in order to get it to fit. The trimming was not that easy to do. However, once I got it to fit, the battery seems to work.

It was easy to get the right battery for this old console. Put it in and the game fired right up. Even comes with a tiny screwdriver.

Seems to work better than the original battery -- definitely gives extended playing time to an ancient DS Lite. Installed effortlessly and charged quickly. Not much more to say -- great so far!
