This is great price for a high quality knife. It is lightweight and easy to hold, like the wooden handle. We purchased primarily for cutting meat but also works well to cut veggies and cheese. A family member thought this was a very expensive knife and was suprised when I told him how inexpensive it was.

It’s a great knife using mainly for meat and fish
Used it several times and I’m very happy with it. It’s really sharp have to be very careful. Do not cut yourself. I highly recommended to get it for a gift too. I will buy it again if I need it. I am very happy using Amazon before I couldn’t use it. This is almost a year. I start using it. I’m still learning there. Still lots of things to learn. I just learn how to do reviews. I never did it before because I’m bad with the technology I don’t understand lots of things and English is my third language and I’m having hard time to do things online. I give it five stars. I still don’t know how I can do a photo or video to put it there so just writing I think will be enough for the review.

Sharp, retains edge well, good balance and good looking
Even though it's stamped, not forged, it performs wonderfully, being very sharp and controllable and retaining edge very well. It's a 10 out of 10 in my book. It has a better balance than the fibrox handle ones and definitely looks better (the price to pay for that is a little bit more maintenance effort).
