I didn't think to check to make sure the output had a 24/40 fitting however, that's on me and it works perfectly fine for my applications. I just need to keep it in mind that it's not going to have a semi-air tight seal like a fitted one would. Keeping that in mind, it's a fantastic product that I would highly recommend. It leaks after an extended period of time of being full and sitting, but honestly you probably can just tighten that up as I have and it stops it.

The separatory funnel is good. The stopcock appears to be drilled too far offset from the hole (needed to over tighten to align the hole with the dropout). The large ring could have been bigger (a 2/3-full funnel is a little tipsy, and it is a little difficult to pull the sep funnel from the ring because the stopcock gets caught easily). The 2-piece threaded rod in the stand is good, but can be a little wobbly at the threaded portion. A great kit for a home lab setup since the price is good for what it does.

I’m not a professional chemist just a semi professional as far as I know the quality is good it doesn’t leak it does as stated it’s not super thin. Includes a stand that could be a bit more hearty. I’d recommend
