Just what I needed

Made a pumpernickel bread in the bread machine. The wheat gluten gave it a great chew.

Great stuff but not nut free
I've only used it once as i just received it. But it worked really well. My bread had a wonderful texture and crumb. But I won't buy it again as I have to have a gluten which is nut free.

Works great. Had a hard time with bread maker until I started including a tablespoon of this. Now my bread is fluffy and not a brick.

I didn’t see them weight before ordering. Guys this is crazy lol. Anyone who is reading this buy Anthony vital wheat gluten. It’s 1.8kg for $30. It’s out of stock so I tried Kate naturals. I like surprises but this one made me sick to my stomach
