This product is very difficult to use by yourself might need help..and even then you would have to keep it in place for a few days to properly straighten the nail,wich let's face it it's impossible and the little metal "belt" is even harder to use..of course none of this comes with instructions so look up some tutorials before purchasing something like this...you can obtain more results soaking your nail in hot water with Epsom salt and using a toothpick crosswise under the nail..hurts but it worked for me.

The bandages do not stay on, and the band is very difficult to use. The hooks are quite difficult to get under the nail, especially not without discomfort. If there is any granuloma around you are too far gone for this. Sadly none of these items were sufficient in my case, though I do believe that others might have better luck than me depending on circumstance.

I got this set a while ago with the hope that it could help with my toe nails. The metal lifter could do its job after soaking my feet in warm water for a while, but the sticky corrector couldn't really retain on my toe nails.

I used this on my thumbnail that was curving inward. I've been using a similar tool to lift my nail for awhile now. Seems every time I cut my nail it tries to do this. It took quite a bit of practice but once you get the hang of using it, it is the best thing ever! I bought this product for the metal nail corrector. I wanted to be able to keep it on my nail to keep it from continuing to curl. My husband helped me get it on which was a bit challenging. However several curse words later, a bit of patience and it is on there. Hopefully it will stay in place.

My nail started curving after an injury awhile ago. I figured these might help out with getting it flat quicker than the composite braces that are also available. The tool is very simple to use and did a great job at getting my nail temporarily flatter. The metal braces themselves are a nightmare to use. There were no instructions on using them so I had to spend some time figuring out to get them to lock. It’s nearly impossible to do it alone as the brace is tiny and thin and you have to angle it just right to catch the lock. If you’re buying this for the tool it’ll work for you, do not expect to use the braces without fighting with them for 15 minutes
