This is based on my own experience: PROS •I have been using this for several months now with 100% effectiveness, which honestly surprised me. •It puts me to sleep within an hour and works better than other sleep aides I’ve tried, to include just plain melatonin. •I fall asleep versus waiting hours to fall asleep. Now the CONS: •very sour •does not dissolve in water, even boiling water. Not necessarily, but as long as you know the taste is sour, like Sweet Tart candy, it’s not bad. At $42/bottle, they’re quite spendy since there are only 90 per bottle and you take two per night, but to me right now, a good night’s sleep is priceless.

**Q: Can you try this for a couple of weeks to see if it works, and if not return????**
A: I have been using this for a couple of months now and it has become an important part of my nighttime routine. Normally I would have a difficult time "winding down" for bed and just stay up into the late hours of the night. But with Put Me to Sleep, I gradually feel drowsy and fall asleep easily. And I STAY ASLEEP and wake up feeling refreshed!! I have not experienced any weird dreams that people talk about with other melatonin supplements, this one is different and it works great. This is just my personal experience with it, I started with 1 tablet and now I take 2-3 depending on the day. I would highly recommend it for people who have a hard time falling asleep.

This sleep aid is amazing. They are fast acting. I have insomnia. Have been prescribed several meds which are really scary. But these are wonderful and I don’t wake up foggy and hard to really wake up.
