Reisman's Bakery Value Pack, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free Bakery Food and Dessert, Delicious Snack Box, Black and White Cookie

I've eaten these cookies since before my memory. I even make them. No other cookie is as satisfying.

Really nice tasting treat. The frosting does not taste like a typical frosting but better.

These do not taste like the traditional New York black and whites unfortunately. They were alright but I won’t be purchasing them again.

They were good and fresh, I wish there were more cookies in the box.

Smaller than expected, and the cookie part is dry, but the vanilla icing has a subtle lemon taste that I really like. Decent enough for the price and to quickly soothe a craving if you can't get to a supermarket or bakery. Cookies are individually sealed, too, which is good if you want to bring a few to work.

disappointed....icing had spots on it and the cake was dry, so dry I would of returned it if it was a bakery purchase, wont buy again....

If you have had a black & white cookie then you will not be disappointed; if you have not then you will be a fan after trying.

pastry body is almost like the german original fine pastry, except it tastes as if it has low grade flour and large amounts of conservation and other alternate ingredients. Original is flour, butter, egg, milk, salt and sugar The white powdered sugar glace tastes ok, nothing spectacular. The original has drops of lemon juice for fresher taste, but not here. The chocolate glaze has the texture of a rubber washer and I cannot taste what should be chocolate. I cannot make out what is in it. The original contains real quality chocolate. Overall edible and price is a bit high for low quality. If one likes the taste, good buy. I would not recommend as a gift to anyone. Product recipe could use improving.
