Let me Tell you how to use this product. .... I just removed my Quarter sized Plantar Wart!!!!!!!!!!
First let me say I have been fighting my plantar wart for 5 years. In those years I have seen two dermatologists and one podiatrist. In the last two years, one wart turned into four. One the size of a quarter, one the size of a nickel, and the other two about the size of a large bb. Let me share my story. (skip below to read how I killed my wart.) When I discovered the wart I initially didn't think it was anymore than a callous. I simply scrapped it down and went on with life worrying very little about it. When it started growing bigger I knew it was a wart and I needed to do something about it. I started with over the counter freezing product that also included a acid treatment to hopefully destroy the wart... No dice. I decided to see a dermatologist around year 2. We started with liquid nitrogen to freeze the wart. This hurt very badly and didn't kill the wart. I was very unsure of my doctor so I went to another who also recommended freezing. I went to him for two visits and after the second he said I was cured. In about 3 weeks I could tell he was wrong. At this point I had the warts for about 3 years and thought... "Welp, maybe they will go away on their own... these doctors can't seem to kill them... they don't hurt... Ill just quit worrying about them." THAT WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO!!!! The one wart turned into four and then the pain set in. I knew by year 4 I need to do something now! So about a year ago I went to a Podiatrist in the STL area. He wanted to use a Q-lazer that could fix my wart. I looked this device up and found it is normally used to remove tattoos and fungus under nails, not warts. I figured "What the heck, he is a doctor.. Ill give it a shot." The lazer has ZERO pain when applied to the wart, in fact I asked him how it worked and he said he was killing the wart from the inside out. We did this for about 5 months with no progress, in fact the warts were bigger. I think the stupid lazer was promoting growth!!! At this point my doctor recommended surgery, but he didn't want to cut them out he wanted to use C02 Lazer. If you look it up, C02 lazer is second from the top of the Nuclear methods. It is basically a flesh blowtorch that can literally sear the skin and even cut. I decided he was probably right and went through with the surgery. I was on crutches for 3 weeks, couldn't walk well for about a month and a half. My insurance didn't cover the bill so I paid out of pocket $1300.00. Guess what... It didn't work!!!!!! The stupid wart came back!!! As you can imagine, I was totally done working with doctors on this. I had spent 5 years working on this on my own, with doctors, and spent tons of cash. How I figured out what to do? After all of this... I was explaining to my mother what had happened. My mother works in a ER where there are several doctors that work part time so she has a group of doctors with a lot of medical knowledge and experience. One doctor in particular had a very very simular experience. He told me that these doctors really can't help me. The best methods for plantar warts or regular warts are at home and with sheer persistence. He told me how to get rid of my wart and IT WORKED!!! I am wart free as of today 08/30/2013!!! >>>(What to Do) So remember I am not a doctor, however I did talk to a doctor who told me how to do this... You should talk to your doctor before you do what I describe below. Here is everything he told me... Warts are viruses, They are very contagious. A plantar wart and a standard wart are the EXACT SAME VIRUS. Plantar wart is a plantar wart because of its location, on you feet. So all warts are the exact same thing. You probably got your wart from a break in your skin while you touched something at a pool, gym shower, or direct contact with another wart. They grow much like a cancer. They develop their own blood vessels and shield themselves from your body's immune system. They hurt very badly when you try to kill them (self defence mechanism). They shield themselves with calluses (especially plantar warts). In other words they are very very good at protecting themselves. In the plantar wart relm, people call them Seed warts. In fact they don't have seeds, they have blood vessels that look like seeds or black dots when killing them (more on that in a minute). When killing a wart, you are simply trying to damage the wart tissue and the blood vessels that feed the wart. This will help your body to use your immune system to kill the remainder of the wart. So the goal here is to damage the deep deep part of the wart and starve it from blood so your body can kill the virus. OK, Now how does this all play into what you need to do? The Compound W Wart Remover Gel is the first product that I used with enough power to accomplish the task. I was able to kill the deep deep part of the wart. It has taken 5 months of application every night. Do this before bed every night. 1. Take a shower or soak foot about 5 min 2. If you have dead skin, use a sharp knife (or something) to scrape it off. (I used a exacto knife) 3. Apply acid gel to wart only and allow to dry (there may be some burning when you do this) 4. Cover with duct tape (get the one in the automotive department, it is better with water and sweat) 5. Wait till next night and repeat. The duct tape has three purposes 1. Occludes the wart (completely covers it) and forces the acid down into the wart. 2. Bonus helps you to not spread the wart to yourself or others 3. The adhesive triggers a immune response in the body to help kill the wart. (some people report using duct tape only to kill warts) I did this every night before I went to bed for Five months. You will see black dots inside the wart when you are peeling back the dead skin. This is the blood vessels dieing. This means the wart is still there, but you are killing it. You want to keep this up until you don't see the black dots or you see healthy pink skin underneath. The total process can take up to 9 months. I was lucky to be done so fast!!! I experienced some nights with intense pain using the acid. For the most part, there was not that much pain. Remember to keep everything sterile when you are working on your warts. Clean everything so you don't get cross contamination. The dead skin you remove still has the live virus in it so be very careful!!! And that is it!!! Save yourself years to trouble and tons of money. Buy this product and follow my process. It will work!!!

Read this review - This stuff works!
I read a bunch of review to make sure this would work in my case and the following is a summary of them and my experience. For months, I thought I just had a blister on my hand as I do a lot of outdoor work so have other blisters. But this one was painful and I finally made the connection that I had a wart under my blister. I bought this product and followed instructions to the word. First thing in the morning, I would soak my hand in warm/hot water for 5 minutes, dry off and then apply the gel. After blowing on it for a few minutes (on/off), I was sure it wouldn't smudge but I was still careful and could start my day. After about 15 minutes it really hardened and it definitely didn't need to worry about it. I repeated these same steps at night before bed (night was easier as I just did it after showering and brushing my teeth so no need to soak. For the first two weeks, I didn't notice too much other than the skin/blister was turning white. Then around day 15, the edges started to peel up a bit on one side so I knew that part of the skin was dying (if that's the correct term). The key here is DO NOT help to peel it off. Just keep doing the same routine and applying gel twice a day. After like 3-4 more days it really was peeling off and the majority was seperated and boy was it hard not to just rip the rest off. DON'T DO IT. Just keep applying the gel until it naturally falls off. Once that happened, I saw the skin underneath wasn't the light pink "fresh" skin, but more dark and also had these dark spots. So I continued to follow the same steps... soak and gel. After 4-5 days, this skin also started to peel up on the edge and I kept going. This fell off quicker, maybe after like 2-3 days of starting to peel and the skin under this was perfect pink fresh skin. I honestly couldn't believe how well this worked and clearly having it on the hand is easier to do all this than the foot or somewhere else. It was maybe like 4-5 weeks total and just stick with it. This stuff works. It's been 2 months since the wart was removed and the skin is now exactly like the rest of my hand and no sign that a wart was ever there. Very impressed

BEST WAY, THE NO SCAR WAY & YOU ONLY NEED THIS OUTSTANDING PRODUCT: GET THIS ONE!!
I am a reader, so I read what everyone said about how to do this. It is very easy, easier than you think after reading reviews here. IF you read this review you will understand how the person who wrote the worst review Failed in using Compound W effectively! THIS is the ONLY Product you NEED! NOTE: THIS TREATMENT LEAVES NO SCAR! NO SCAR wart removal treatment!! How about THAT?! NOTE: THIS TUBE of Compound W GEL WITH THE ROUNDED TIP --------------IS PERFECT & WILL GET THE JOB DONE! DO NOT FEAR using this. I was initially fearful after reading all the reviews and YOUR NEEDLESS FEAR makes this process TAKE LONGER AND You DO NOT want to lengthen the time needed to be free of your wart! REMOVING A WART TAKES WEEKS AND WEEKS OR MONTHS!! FEAR from reading the reviews, ALSO Makes YOU FEAR that COMPOUND W is NOT going to WORK, AND THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG. COMPOUND W IS ALL YOU NEED for ANY SIZE WART OR WARTS REMOVAL! YOU HAVE REACHED THE POINT OF BEING READY TO REMOVE THIS THING, SO GO AHEAD WITHOUT FEAR & GET THIS DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, HAVE NO FEAR, IT IS EASY & USING THE ACID OF COMPOUND W NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! STEP ONE: APPLYING COMPOUND W. FIRST of all, Wash and Dry the wart area. I use dish washing detergent (I use Ajax), because it dries the skin, removes grease but isn't as drying as alcohol, and doesn't leaves a coating on your skin, IT just cleans the skin. NOTE: AVOID TOUCHING THE WART, unless it is: 1. covered in the Compound W or 2. covered in the liquid detergent or 3. covered by a band-aid. Warts are extremely contagious. As the wart is eaten away, it is nice to use your finger WHILE applying the liquid detergent to the top of wart and feel if the wart skin is still higher than the surrounding skin. My experience is with a single wart and NOT a HUGE Planter wart problem OR warts. COVER THE ENTIRE WART IN COMPOUND W: THE KEY TO SUCCESS is to cover the wart entirely, including all the sides of the wart down to the skin, with the Gel, applied directly from the tube. USE THE ROUNDED TIP of the tube, PUTTING A SMALL BLOB OF THE GEL directly ON THE WART. You can scrape off any Gel around the wart that gets on your skin, and do THAT immediately, but make a little effort to NOT get ANY on your skin. I use a TOOTHPICK to scrape any Compound W that gets on skin around the wart. NOTE: COMPOUND W is formulated to be attracted ONLY to "WART SKIN", not skin surrounding the wart, BUT you do not want the Compound W formula to get on the skin around your wart. You will notice near the end of the removal process that as the wart is removed the area the Compound W sticks to, is shrinking and this is why! NO BIG DEAL, SO FAR, Correct? STEP TWO: Add more COMPOUND W on top of the FIRST layer that has already dried WHITE so that all of the gel is thick, white and hardens. YOU do NOT want a thin, barely there covering, load it up so it looks like plaster. YOU DO NOT NEED TO COVER IT with a Band-aid or ANYTHING unless it is on the bottom of your foot or somewhere that needs to be covered to protect it from being rubbed off. BUT YOU MAY COVER IT WITH a regular band-aid to prevent YOU from touching the wart when you are sleeping or just to hide the white shell of Compound W covering the wart. It does look a lot better than a white blob. The band-aid GAUZE area will NOT disturb the Hard white shell of Compound W. DON'T waist your time with DUCT TAPE OR ANY OTHER TAPE: IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL FOR ME & THERE IS ZERO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT IT WORKS. SOME FEEDBACK SUGGESTS that it is very easy to get rid of a wart in a very short time but my experience is the opposite, --------and I am excluding the time wasted with Duct Tape of every type THAT I ACTUALLY tried and THE WASTE OF TIME & EXPENSE OF the Band-aids that kept the acid OFF the wart. Just straight time of actually killing the wart with Compound W TOOK A LONG TIME. Let's say it is going to take you 3-4 MONTHS to get rid of a PEA sided wart, DO YOU really WANT to spend 2 weeks or a Month trying and failing to get ANY RESULT ? Do you want to spend a MONTH trying the best type of DUCT TAPE to remove a wart, have it NOT work AT ALL and STILL have 3 -4 months ahead of you to remove the wart? HAVE NO FEAR about using the Compound W acid treatment to remove the wart. THE ONLY reason I tried the DUCT Tape was because I had Fear of using the ACID of Compound W. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR. YOU have managed to get to the point of removal, so just DO IT. ----DON'T WASTE Time with Duct Tape when you might be a 3rd or half of the way finished if you had just purchased this specific tube and USED IT without fear! REGARDING THE TIME IT TAKES: IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW WIDE THE WART IS, ------WHAT TAKES TIME IS THE HEIGHT OF THE WART OR HOW THICK IT IS. WHAT TAKES TIME IS ACID EATING THE WART DOWN FROM THE TOP. I thought I was almost finished but recognized that the wart was still alive by 2 things: a.) the wart area was still a MOUND higher than my surrounding skin; b.) the center of the wart was still GRAINY IN APPEARANCE & bloody, so it still had its blood supply and the battle was not over! DO NOT BUY ANY WART REMOVING BAND-AIDS as was suggested; this is Much Superior to the band-aids, so this suggestion was a TOTAL WASTE of MONEY for me. The wart removing band-aid has gauze around the acid area and the gauze kept the acid ABOVE the wart!! YOU WANT the acid ON the wart, so BEST is TO Cover the WART DIRECTLY with the Acid, Correct? You also do NOT need a BRUSH to PAINT the WART with the acid. MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU ALSO DO NOT NEED STRONGER ACID! THE TECHNIQUE: WHAT EVERYONE ACTUALLY WANTS IS THIS TUBE OF COMPOUND W with THE gel coming out of the Rounded Tip BECAUSE it works easily & perfectly. Just let a little bit come out of the top and then put that blob directly on the wart. YOU JUST cover it in Compound W so that it has a Hard White Shell of the acid over All of the wart, including the SIDES. YOU DO NOT REALIZE IT NOW, BUT YOU ARE INCREDIBLY LUCKY TO HAVE CHOSEN THIS TUBE TO BUY. THIS IS THE METHOD YOU WANT TO USE TO GET RID OF YOUR WART OR WART PROBLEM, THIS TUBE IS THE BEST CHOICE. VERY SIMPLE, CORRECT? NOW LEAVE IT ALONE. YOU May leave it like this for More than a day. You may leave it alone until the Compound W falls off! Compound W will start to yellow around the edges after it has been left on a long time and eventually all the white will turn yellow but you can always remove it when you think it looks like it IS starting to yellow around the edges, that means it is ready for a fresh new Compound W coating. You could change to a new acid coating 2 or more times a day or more. Remove hard shell Coating of Compound W ---- and PULL OFF AS MUCH OF THE DRIED, HARDENED OR DEAD SKIN, or SOFT SKIN From THE TOP OF THE WART AS POSSIBLE. Just pull off all the skin you can. Some people even sand the wart! If you do that, throw away the emory board after you do it, because it contains live wart sells. I did not do this. BUT NOTE, THIS IS PRECISELY HOW PEOPLE FAIL IN USING THE COMPOUND W ACID TREATMENT. THEY FAIL TO REMOVE ALL OF THE DEAD SKIN UNDER THE COMPOUND W. YOU MUST REMOVE AS MUCH OF THE DEAD WART SKIN AS POSSIBLE. I used NEW tweezers with a flat edge, not pointed END. You MUST pull off the LAYERS OF SKIN UNDER the plaster looking shell of Compound W, THAT ARE DEAD & PERHAPS SOME HARDENED SKIN & SOME SOFT SKIN THAT LOOKS DEAD OR THAT APPEARS THAT IT CAN BE REMOVED. What's happening is the wart is being acid eaten down from the top & in from the sides. The top layers are being killed off and you must clear off the top dead layers of skin and apply a new thick layer of acid to kill more of the wart going down and in from the sides. YOU ARE NOW DOWN TO THE FRESHEST TOP LAYER OF WART: At this point I put a little liquid detergent on my finger and rub it on the wart, then i take a paper towel, wet it and try to remove the detergent and with a wet paper towel, folding it so that I am rubbing off the soapy area with a clean wet area of the towel until the soap is gone & then I use another paper towel to dab the wart to dry it, folding it so that each dab is on a fresh clean area of paper towel because you do not want to spread any of the wart secretions elsewhere because it is contagious. NOTE: Compound W will not stick to oozing wart skin, once the dead layers are removed, so I dab the area, with clean paper towel area and then apply Compound W. Wait a few minutes, check it and see if you need to add more compound W. You need to pay attention and make sure the remainder of the wart is always completely covered in layers of Compound W so that it looks like a Thick coatng of Plaster is covering it. Just keep doing this, So that you end up with the whole coating hardened and White. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT NEW TWEEZERS on Amazon & THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT IT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN REMOVING SKIN DOWN TO the soft layer of freshly uncovered wart, with all of the dead wart removed that was on top of the wart after the acid ate it away. I recommend you buy new tweezers also and use them to remove all the dead skin layer under the Compound W. I aggressively used the new tweezers to remove all the dying & dead skin. I CLEAN THE TWEEZERS AFTER EACH USE BY WIPING THE ENDS & THEN CLEANING THEM WITH ALCOHOl. & letting them air dry. BUT AT SOME POINT YOU WILL NOTICE THAT IT DOESN'T HURT TO AGGRESSIVELY remove the skin that you can remove with the tweezers, and this is the point at which I began using an EXACTO KNIFE. I GOT A NEW EXACTO KNIFE WITH A NEW SHARP BLADE, WHICH I CLEANED WITH ALCOHOL, AND USED IT TO SCRAPE OFF THE SURFACE OF THE WART AFTER SO MANY LAYERS WERE ACID EATEN & GONE THAT THE WART WAS BASICALLY PRETTY FLAT. ------IF THE WART IS STILL RAISED ABOVE THE SURROUNDING SKIN & ALSO LOOKS GRAINY, WHICH ARE TELLTALE SIGNS THAT IT IS STILL ALIVE & STILL NEEDS TO BE KILLED, ----THE EXACTO KNIFE IS VERY HELPFUL IN REMOVING THE TOP LAYER OF THE WART. ----A NEW EXACTO KNIFE BLADE IS VERY, VERY SHARP SO YOU MUST BE EXCEEDINGLY CAREFUL NOT TO CUT YOURSELF. NOTE: ---THE EXACTO KNIFE IS VERY HELPFUL IN REMOVING THE COMPOUND W THAT GETS ON YOUR SKIN AROUND THE WART. WHEN THE WART IS FLATTENED BUT STILL RAISED, YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THE COMPOUND W IS ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE WART AND at this point it is very easy to get some of the Compound W on the surrounding skin and a toothpick may not be as helpful in removing the excess Compound W from the surrounding skin. ------SO, I RECOMMEND THE EXACTO KNIFE TO SCRAPE IT OFF YOUR SURROUNDING SKIN, BUT MAKE SURE YOU USE A CLEAN BLADE. I DO THIS IN THIS ORDER: --REMOVE THE COMPOUND W --SCRAPE OFF THE TOP OF THE RAISED WART WITH THE CLEAN EXACTO KNIFE, --immediately, CLEAN THE KNIFE WITH ALCOHOL, --WASH THE WART WITH AJAX dish washing liquid, --WIPE OFF THE SOAP WITH A WET PAPER TOWEL, DAB THE WOUND WITH CLEAN AREAS OF A DRY PAPER TOWEL SO THE COMPOUND W WILL ADHERE, --TOP THE WART WITH COMPOUND W, --USE THE CLEANED EXACTO KNIFE TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ANY COMPOUND W THAT GOT ON THE SURROUNDING SKIN --CLEAN THE EXACTO KNIFE WITH ALCOHOL, AGAIN; PUT THE PLASTIC TOP ON THE KNIFE SO IT IS CLEAN AND READY TO USE AGAIN AFTER YOU COVER THE WART, ALWAYS GO back & check on it because you NEED to keep it covered with the hard shell of Copound W so you should expect to have to keep putting more Compound W on it to KEEP it consistently COVERED. THEN, LEAVE IT ALONE AND WAIT. Peeling off the underneath areas that are DEAD is VERY Important. IF you never remove all of the wart down to the tender & soft Wart skin, YOU WON'T REMOVE the WART. That is exactly HOW people FAIL. YOU Must put the acid on the Tender wart skin so THAT can be EATEN by the acid. Remove as much skin that has been killed as you Can. Doing this is HOW you destroy the WART so it is very important. You need to be working with acid on the newly uncovered and SOFT wart. YOU DO NOT NEED ANY OTHER PRODUCT. IT really sounded GREAT to get the Band-aids THAT A Reviewer described, BUT it was a TOTAL WASTE of Money because the acid on the bandaid was in the center of a thick layer of gauze and the acid could NOT get to the wart. COMPOUND W ALLOWS YOU TO PUT ACID DIRECTLY ON the Wart. HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP APPLYING COMPOUND W: ---1. KEEP APPLYING IT UNTIL THE WART AREA IS THE SAME HEIGHT AS YOUR SKIN SURROUNDING IT. ---2. CONTINUE TO APPLY COMPOUND W IF YOU SEE THAT THE APPEARANCE OF THE WOUND LOOKS GRAINY OR HAS BLACK SPOTS IN IT. ------------------THE BLACK SPOTS REVEAL THAT THE SOURCE OF BLOOD SUPPLYING THE WART IS DYING BUT IT STILL IS SUPPLYING THE WART WITH ITS BLOOD SOURCE, SO IT IS STILL ALIVE. -----------------GRAINY APPEARANCE WITH NO BLACK SPOTS AND THE WOUND BEING A MOUND THAT IS HIGHER THAN YOUR SURROUNDING SKIN MEANS THAT YOUR WART IS ALIVE AND WELL, SO YOU HAVE NOT KILLED IT. 3. WARTS CAN & DO COME BACK SO YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE TO KILL IT. IS COMPOUND W STRONG ENOUGH TO KILL A LARGE WART AREA WITH MANY WARTS: ONE TOP Review is from someone who figured out HOW to use Compound W to completely REMOVE a HUGE and GROWING WART problem on the bottom of the foot, YEARS in the making & after trying every other solution. --------So, YES, Compound W WILL DO ANY SIZE JOB of WART REMOVAL ! THIS is the ONE & ONLY Product you NEED to ACCOMPLISH Your Goal of complete Removal. COMPOUND W WILL DO the job. IT works on a HUGE planter Wart problem and individual Warts, and will give you COMPLETE Removal WITH THE EXPECTATION OF NO SCARRING! I CAN TELL YOU, IT WAS A COMPLETE TURN OFF TO LEARN THAT OTHER TREATMENTS LEFT SCARS!! IT WAS A COMPLETE TURN OFF TO EVERY OTHER TREATMENT WHEN I LEARN HOW MANY Y-E-A-R-S AND Y-E-A-R-S OTHER PEOPLE WHO'VE LEFT FEEDBACK SPENT TRYING OTHER TREATMENTS WHICH NEVER REMOVED THE WARTS PERMANENTLY AND SOME INCREASED THE NUMBER OF WARTS THEY HAD! THESE EFFORTS ALSO WERE VERY COSTLY. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I HAD NO IDEA MINE WAS A WART. I JUST DECIDED TO TRY TO GET RID OF IT: 1. DUCT TAPE, OF EVERY TYPE..... FAILURE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. 2. THEN I ASSUMED THE BAND-AIDS WERE SUPERIOR BECAUSE OF A REVIEW, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME . 3. THEN I DOUBLED DOWN ON COMPOUND W, IN THIS SPECIFIC TUBE, AND LEARNED HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL & WAS THRILLED THAT THIS IS THE NO SCAR, PERMANENT REMOVAL TREATMENT!! ALL OF THOSE LEAVING FEEDBACK ARE TRYING TO HELP THOSE OF YOU AVOID THE THINGS THAT FAILED TO WORK AND HELP YOU KNOW WHAT WILL WORK AND THE NAME OF WHAT WORKS MOST EFFECTIVELY, AS FAST AS POSSIBLE & PERMANENTLY & WITHOUT LEAVING A SCAR IS: ------ "COMPOUND W" IN THIS SPECIFIC TUBE WITH THE ROUNDED TIP FOR EASY APPLICATION! GW wart, perfect
The purpose I wanted this wart remover is for a GW wart on my groin, private area, shaft. It was about half the size of a #2 pencil eraser. (I know it's recommended to go to a professional, which I have many many many years ago, but they basically do the same thing this does... Trust me I know). I applied the medication and there was no pain at all, which surprised me. So I left that stuff stick to me for the whole day. I didn't wrap it or anything, just in there going about my day as normal and it hung on. The next day, I showered and applied it again. Fairly quickly, like the 2nd day or so, I noticed the wart was turning black.. which is good. You want to kill it. Applying the gel was really easy. In total, the wart was gone within 4 or 5 days. After I was done with using any of the wart remover, what's left is a skin burn, aka a rug burn. So I applied this stuff called "Aquaphor healing ointment Advanced Therapy". Doing my research (chatGPT), this Aquaphor is best because of the healing ingredients and stuff. The 2nd best is regular Vaseline. Which I had to look up because I forgot to bring the Aquaphor to work one day and had to go buy Vaseline. Either or, you apply the ointment, not too thick and not too thin. I would just keep applying every 4-8 hours or so. (Now remember, my case is different being in the location it was in, so I couldn't really wrap it and stuff. Which I was okay with, because I wasn't doing anything to get it dirty. Plus it was just a minor rug burn. Very tiny area. All in all, if they ever come back again, then I'm doing this all over again. Just for added info in case it helps anyone, I originally had the first wart in that area in 2009. They got professional frozen off. Then they've been gone, until about a month ago (Dec 2025). So once they're gone, they can sometimes stay gone for a long time. Sometimes they come back sooner, sometimes never.

Amazing Product
I used this for a wart that grew under my eye. I know the directions caution you not to use it on your face, but after reading the other reviews, I decided to try it because who wants a wart right under your eye. This was an actual wart - it was hard and made up of granules, just like hand warts. It wasn't a birth mark or other facial discoloration. I used a toothpick to place a very small drop of the gel directly on the wart. I waited until the gel turned white and dried, and then cut a piece of Band-Aid bandage (not the padded part) to fit over the wart. I placed the sticky patch over the wart and left it on a day. It was the same color as my skin and virtually invisible to others. When I removed the bandage after the first day, a portion of the wart came off on the bandage. I added another drop of the gel with a toothpick and covered it again with a band-aid patch after it dried. Waited a day and removed it - another portion of the wart came off on the patch. I was amazed. After the third day, the wart was no longer visible. There was a small empty 'crater' on my face. I added another drop with another toothpick - this time there was quite a bit of burning, but after it dried I covered it again with another patch. In a week, the entire wart was gone. Another week of just Vitamin A&D ointment on the 'crater' and it had healed. For a few weeks there was a pink circle under my eye (which was still better than a wart and easily covered with makeup). It's been a month or so since the wart was removed and no one can tell it was ever there. Compound W gel is an AMAZING product. WARNING: Do not use the tube to put the gel on your wart. Use a toothpick - you have better control to place just the amount you need on the place you want it. When you use the tube, there is a chance that air will come out with the gel and could spray minute amounts of the gel on your skin - it can singe hairs and burn your skin.

The one out of three that worked
I’ve read that warts will usually disappear on their own in about two years. Mine showed no signs of taking a hike, in fact, it was getting bigger and painful. I decided it was time to take action. Out of the three wart removers I tried, this was the most effective. Freeze away was completely ineffective and medicated strips resulted in a short term solution. Good: • Easy • Effective • Quick • Drys A drop directly on top to the wart two times a day. It’s that easy and simple. Started working immediately, a mild sting and tingling sensation. This product is both quick to apply and show results. A simple drop from the tube takes less than a minute. After about a week the first layer of skin peeled off. I’d say a solid three weeks for complete removal. I didn’t realize when I purchased that the gel drys in a few minutes after applied. It’s nice to be able to put some on and continue about my business. Bad: • Unsightly • Mild pain and irritation After using for a few days the stinging sensation increased to an annoying level. It was especially bothersome if there was any moisture around the treated area, such as the shower or under covers at night. As I applied more drops each day the layers started to build up. The gel drys to a opaque white, as does the treated skin. After a few days I had quite the white lump covering an already raised wart. It was unsightly and made me even more self-conscious.

Slowly but surely works
Foremost let me state that I did not apply this product daily, and frequently after application it would dry but the dried part would often accidentally come off my skin. This product removed works, but you have to be sure to let it dry properly and it is ESSENTIAL that you get a file of some sort or something rough to file it off slowly. I did not do that for a long time and it likely slowed down the process. This product removed one of my two warts that I had had for about 6 months within 2 months or so. One day I just peeled off the dead skin and it bled a little but it never came back. It also made the second wart substantially smaller and almost got rid of it, however the product dried in the container before it was completely removed. I am now ordering a second tube because I have learned that this product works well as long as you file it down and apply it regularly and make sure it stays on after drying. Note: While you want to file as much as possible, try not to file so much that it bleeds, towards the end I thought it was unavoidable, but especially in the beginning I think filing to much slows the progress down. Once again if you do not file it down it will not go away, it might get smaller, but it will come right back if you don't file it away.

Effective and easy to use — cleared the wart as promised
I used Compound W Maximum Strength Wart Remover to treat a plantar wart and overall it was effective. The fast-acting gel formula was easy to apply exactly where needed and the 0.25 oz tube lasted through the entire treatment process. It took several applications over a couple of weeks to see results, but the wart eventually disappeared. It did cause some minor skin irritation as expected with salicylic acid, but it was manageable. A reliable and straightforward solution for common warts. I was satisfied with the results and would buy it again if needed. Overall, a good product that delivered on its promise.
