I’m pushing 70 and still surfing a few times a week here in San Diego. It’s a big part of my life, and staying active has always mattered to me. That said, over the last few years I noticed my stamina and recovery weren’t quite what they used to be. I picked up FLOW without expecting much, but it’s honestly made a noticeable difference. After a couple weeks, I had more endurance in the water, better paddling strength, and I wasn’t dragging the next day after a long session. It’s not a jolt of energy — just a steady, reliable improvement that feels natural. What I really appreciate is how balanced it is. No jitters, no crash, no nonsense. Just feeling more “on” again — physically and mentally. And I’ll say this… it’s not just out in the surf. When I’m out to dinner with my gf I feel confident, relaxed, and ready for wherever the evening goes. At my age, that’s saying something. Bottom line — I’m not trying to be 25 again. I just want to keep doing what I love and feel good doing it. This helps. I’ll definitely keep it in the rotation.

It works below the belt

I've known about this product for quite sometime and was a bit hesitant in trying it out. Not that I was by any means doubtful, just trying to be penny wise pound foolish. I've tried this product out for as of today 2 weeks...it WORKS! I've tested taking 2 pills before my workout and I've noticed I can easily push harder and feel significantly less tired upon finishing. I've even tried taking 2 pills after my workout and noticed at least for me within 15 or so minutes I'm feeling radically more composed as if my exhaustion were fading away. As for bedroom prowess, you will definitely feel stronger down there. (Seriously, I'm not kidding you'll be amazed by how you feel!) The only negative about the product that I have are: 1. The smell is a bit off-putting, granted who smells their supplements. 2. In the future I'd definitely like more product variation in terms of bundles/deals with the other complimentary products from "The 20".

This is a quality product, I'm reordering. Supplements like this are usually difficult to evaluate, but in this case, I'll say it was hard. Really, the only way to measure effect is to measure, right, and The Flow really measures up.

Took 4 capsules daily no change… and the packaging not good. Too bad the expiration year is missing last 2 digits and it’s overpriced!!!

I’ve never been much of a "supplement guy." Usually, I buy a bottle, take it for a week, and then forget it exists until it expires in the back of the cabinet! 🤣 (This is the first time I’ve actually finished an entire bottle and ordered a second one.) The big surprise for me was the "afternoon wall." I didn’t realize how much I was relying on naps or just dealing with brain fog until I started taking FLOW. After about a week of consistent use, I noticed I was just… staying productive. It wasn't a jittery "hit" of energy... (Like I used to get with energy drinks!) It's more like a clean, steady feeling that lasted all day. No crashes, no stomach issues, and no feeling "wired". You can tell the ingredients are intentionally thought through... It doesn’t feel like a cheap stimulant mix. If you want a clean way to stay level throughout the day... I highly recommend giving this a shot.
