my new camping friend.
very easy to use ! strong and quality. only thing, not a complaint just an observasion, I Pitched camp Saturday 14 june uk. very hot and sunny, went to bed about 9 to watch some youtube and within a half hour i was sweating even lay on just a mat in my hammock. but about 2am the temp dropped rapidly so i pulled a sleeping bag blanket over me and together with this I was super cozy and warm, so glad I HAD IT.

Solid Option for added warmth
Used recently on a camping trip in France. It was about 6c at night and very frosty, this definitely kept me warmer but perhaps not as much as I anticipated, perhaps only 2-3c difference imo, although i could've set it up better no doubt. No condensation under your hammock when you wake up is pleasant though. It's relatively cheap and seems well made. unfortunately I think I'll be using it very sparsely, probably specifically when it's around 5c out. Any less and i wouldn't camp, any more and it's not worth carrying due to the sheer volume - it's the largest item in my pack by far, equal to my hammock, sleeping bag and tarp combined. all of my gear is cheap so perhaps the £40 would've been better spent being put towards a high end sleeping bag. not a bad product, but contextually not as great as I'd hoped

Chill be gone!!
This is an absolute game changer! Was in my hammock @ the Lake District and was a little chilly underneith, quickly clipped this on and within 5 minutes I was extremely cosy and had no chill factor anymore. 100% worth getting!!!

Toasty warm
Simply clipped to my hammock mount points and hugged the hammock perfectly. Much warmer enabling an autumn sleep-out. The clips are a bit cheap but do the job. Some of the reviews complain it’s not strong enough but I guess they are trying to use this under quilt as a hammock. It is not designed to carry weight, it is designed to insulate a weight carrying hammock. Works well for me and spacious enough to allow diagonal sleeping too. Stuff sack is decent too.

A must have
A must have if you want to hammock camp during the colder months, I used mine in with a thin sleeping bag in minus 6 and it kept me warm all night 👍great piece of kit

It is only 12mm thick
its a good length (I am over 6 foot tall) and good width. However it is VERY thin, 12mm at the most even after fluffing up. I dont think this should be described as "four season".
