Review: Five Stars - Nice, cost effective system. Easy setup and it runs great. I am pleased with this purchase. Review: Worst piece of Junk - This is the worst Computer I have ever purchased. This Computer's performance is terrible, it is a less than mediocre piece of junk. One month before the warranty expired, it failed, I had to replace the Motherboard. After replacing the Motherboard, Windows deactivated. I called Lenovo who promptly informed me that I was on my own. They said that they will not supply the product key to reactivate Windows, and that if I wanted to reactivate Windows, I would have to buy a Product key. Price $199. Computer cost $399.95 so this piece of junk would essentially cost $600 plus dollars. I called Microsoft and they told me that Lenovo is supposed to supply the product key, since it is a Lenovo product. I called Lenovo back and they still refused. They would not even let me speak to a supervisor, claimed he was busy. Lenovo is Not a Company one should deal with, their Customer Support is terrible, their support staff is curt,and uncaring. I will never buy another Lenovo product, and I will make certain that my friends and family, don't either. For anyone considering a lenovo product, I advise you to do some serious research before purchasing their products.
