Great arch support for a heel or wedge shoe. It compensates pretty well considering that almost all of my shoes are orthotics are the best choice for my feet. This option work really well.I purchased this option in the all clear plastic insert which I DO NOT recommend because it suctioned onto the bottom of my foot. As I took my feet out of my sandal and when I tried to stick it back onto my shoe it wouldn’t stick.So these stick to the shoe and not to the bottom of my feet.

These add a little cushion when wearing tall heels. They lack the molded arch support of the previous gel version of the Dr. Scholl's high heel inserts.

I have very narrow heels, flat feet, and a large toe area. My feet have also suffered injuries and are hypermobile. These were just the trick to get me into high heels! Fixed the issue of my heels sliding out without sacrificing toe box space. (The clear gel version, for comparison, crammed my toes and still had my heels popping out of the shoes with every step.) These are the best insoles or cushions I've tried for high heels. Usually my tiny heels keep me out of heels over 2". Wearing these insoles in 4" heel Fluevog Dali's. (There's no way I could wear them otherwise!)

(From daughter) I go swing and rockabilly dancing a few times a month and this wouldn't be possible without these inserts. Seriously, they are a game changer. I dance for hours in heels and have never had an issue, which is wild to me. I'm in my 30s doing swivels, spins, Charleston, kicks, you name it for hours and I go home without throbbing feet. I have now bought a few to put in multiple pairs of shoes, but before that, I was switching out one of these for whatever pair I was wearing that night, so either is possible, just know you will eventually wear out the adhesive.

This is the first product that I rated one star after buying from Amazon for years. The product won’t work for anything show size larger than small. Don’t stick well. When I put them in my shoes they slide and the pulled up the actually insole which ruined my shoes. Should have trusted another one star review stating the same thing. Now I am looking for insole replacements. Disappointed.

I used these in a pair of wedges and they were comfortable and barely noticeable. They did not fully keep my foot from sliding but they fit inside the shoe well and gave my heel and arch good support.
