Review: pleasantly surprised - I thought it would be fun to teach a black light painting class. The shipment was a day later than expected, but still arrived before my class, so no biggie. I set out to test the quality of the paint. Most neon paints wind up disappointing with their gel like consistency and lame glow--but not this one! The colors were sharp and bright, the pigment was outstanding! Very pleased! The lavender one was a bit weak, but other than that, very good. I wish they had more colors.

The colors are pretty when they go on. They fade when they start to dry but they do not glow like they are supposed to. Disappointing. I bought this because it is waterproof (we shall see) so I could use it outside. Not even a faint hint of a glow.
