**Q: What is used to dye the bristles?**
A: The basis for all Tynex bristles we use is Titanium dioxide, which is a synthetic white pigment with high hiding power, nontoxic, permanent, and usable in all mediums. Pigments, as opposed to dyes, are pulverized and when suspended in a liquid vehicle, becomes a color.
All of the pigments used in our Tynex bristles conform to the REACH standards, i.e. complies with the regulation set forth regarding EU Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern.

**Q: where are they made?**
A: Our bamboo toothbrushes are made in China where bamboo grows naturally. By producing the toothbrushes in China where the main component of the toothbrush is cultivated and manufactured the transportation distance is thus reduced significantly which in turn leads to a more efficient assembling process.

**Q: I received a small one from my dentist, are these small?  They've suggested a child size or small adult for me.**
A: These are the same size as normal adult sizes. We do have kids brushes available as well.

**Q: Are the toothbrushes individually boxed within the pack?**
A: Yes they are.

These are our favorite brushes! We've been buying them for almost 6 years now and have never had any issues. I skipped the dentist for 2 years (anxiety) and when I returned, the hygienist was amazed with how little build-up I had for not being in for regular cleanings. Husband is "hard brusher" and the "ultra soft" bristles are perfect for him. Each toothbrush is individually wrapped in paper, making it convenient to store without a box, while keeping it hygentic and the packaging plastic-free. Never never never have had an issue with mold, even when traveling and using full-brush plastic travel holders. Bristles are soft, the colors are fun, the heads are not too wide, and handles are smooth and comfortable to hold. Highly recommend!
