The arms on this jacket are perfect (long). I do wish it was a tad longer in length (torso), but overall it fits like most of these jackets do. I got the XL. Usually I wear a 46 to provide for a bit of room in the shoulder/chest area. This is what this is like. If you want the traditional fit (tight) you might size down. The goat skin that this jacket is made of is of good quality. If you are unfamiliar with goat skin, it is a pretty light leather, but also very strong. So don't be fooled into thinking it is like a thin split cowhide, or like lamb skin, which is remarkably soft but also very easy to tear.
