Anything below 0.3ohm it comes up with low resistance **Q: I’ve been having trouble with my vape spitting the liquid will these coils cause the vape to spit** A: I changed the pod to the larger 4.5ml pod (sadly only 2ml pod in the uk) and this cured the problem with spitting for me. If you look for the pod on Amazon the pic will be for a 2 pack of the 4.5ml pods but description says 2ml.
