Like punch better than using drill to make holes

If ever you've tried making a hole in a leather belt, you'll know this is difficult. This does the job quickly, easily and neatly. Excellent stuff. It's durable and a low enough price that you won't mind paying for something you may not use a lot.

This hole punch is handy for making extra holes in belt or bag straps and all sorts of craft projects. It's a strangely satisfying process and having sorted my belt I'm now looking for other things to punch holes in! It has a range of useful hole sizes. I found the catch to hold it shut quite awkward initially but otherwise it seems to be solid and well made so I'm pretty happy with it.

Leather hole puncher is stiff to begin with, their is different size of sole punch to choose which suits you better, their is also a really good safety clip which is attached to the hole puncher, the handles have little indentation in them for grip, on the cautious side don’t place fingers in the section that is getting the hole into it as you finger will get nipped or cut, the hole punch comes in very handy especially for belts that need adjusted, their is a little bit of weight while holding this but if it sorts out any holes that need done or fixed to the correct size then the weight is worth it, their is a metal plate at the bottom for the hole to cut throw safely

Great quality hole puncher. This feels very strong and robust and should last well. My husband tried it out on a leather belt and found it easy to punch a new hole in the leather with very little effort. Good value and recommended

I was really surprised when this arrived that the 'prongs' are plastic and they don't seem very sharp. However it did make a perfectly round hole on the leather belt that I stole from my husband (it suits me better). It's a great improvement on my usual scissor stab belt holes. I have a couple of expensive belts that when I bought them I sized around my hips as it was fashionable then but now that style is a higher cut they don't fit me - with them being expensive I didn't want to damage them with a scissor hole so this tool will be really handy! The only issue with this product is that you do need someone quite strong to do it, I consider myself to be strong however my husband had to make the holes for me as I couldn't get it through on my own no matter how hard I tried.

This punch creates holes O.K. but it falls short in other ways. The handle is quite narrow and being tightly curved as well, it puts extra pressure on my hand as I squeeze. The locking latch is smaller and more fiddly than any I have used before. I am disappointed that the punch arrived in box with a plastic insert. No reason not to use only cardboard. Overall, this lacks any USP and there are cheaper alternatives to choose from.

The hole punch is not fit for the task. It is too difficult to punch through material without resorting to hammers. The grip does not leverage your own effort to punch through. Waste of money.
