My wrist hurts a lot after doing yoga for some period of time, would anyone recommend this for yoga practicing in order to reduce the wrist paint??

How are these worn? Padding on outside or inside of wrist?

Padding inside the wrist works best for me! You can try both, but i think padding inside the wrist the way most people wear it

Are they washable, as in a washing machine?
