Like other low reviews here, the product arrived totally spoiled. It was full of thick, big chunks of some ingredients that separated, making it disgusting and impossible to consume. It was a waste of money as it couldn’t be used. I ordered in October 2024 and the expiration date was July 2025, so it should have been fine. Instead, I had to throw out the entire box. Before I disposed of it, I emptied each bottle into the sink. I should have taken a picture to show just got terrible the contents of this product were inside. I’m sure that this was a bad batch but it left quite an impression — I’m definitely not buying this brand ever again.

This is my favorite quick protein shake. With the 40 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar it’s perfect to get me over the hurdle of my protein goals for the day. I used to be subscribed to Muscle Milk Pro for 40 grams of protein but they switched to 32 grams for the same price. I switched to this and haven’t looked back since.
