The smallest shirt available was a Large so that's what I ordered. You never know with t-shirts. Sometimes, even large shirts are too small on me. This shirt is REALLY big on me though. I'm 5'8" 145lbs and this comes down to my thighs. I feel like a good 4-5" inches could also be take off of the width of the shirt for it to fit well. Being a cotton shirt, it could shrink in the wash. I really hope it does because I really like the shirt otherwise. --UPDATE After several washes (5 or 6), this shirt has shrunk what I would consider a full size. It now fits how I would have expected it to fit in the first place.
