This Colorday 9" Bird Mirror with Rope Perch is a wonderful addition to my African Grey's cage. The mirror is clear and well-made, and the rope perch is sturdy and comfortable for gripping. My bird enjoys spending time perched in front of it, which keeps him entertained and active. He has had other mirrors in the past that he just ignored. It was easy to hang and feels very secure. The materials seem safe and durable, and it adds a nice bit of enrichment to the cage. Great quality for the price—highly recommended for your happy, curious birds! 🐦

This stainless steel mirror is very highly polished and reflective. The perch fastens on with metal wingnuts, with bolts protruding from the ends of the perch and is very sturdy. The hooks on top of the mirror are extensions of the same piece of stainless steel and the mirror just rests on horizontal cage bars, making it very easy and quick to mount. NOTE: I read some reviews before buying this product and some stated that the quality of the reflective surface was unsatisfactory, and I almost didn't purchase it because of that. THOSE CLAIMS ARE TOTALLY FALSE! What may have happened is that those customers who complained about it accidentally mounted the mirror with the wrong side because the reverse side is not polished. There are protective films covering both sides and the side with the blue film is the one that should not be used in mounting it to use as the mirror side. This product is practically indestructable and well worth the money. The photo shows the mirror so reflective that you can see my parrot's other hanging toys.

This is a great mirror. The soft perch with the preening tassel is wonderful and the distortion level, 99.9% non existent. It is even non breakable! They thought of everything. Thank you for your product.

The mirror is a really good size, but unfortunately the perch really stinks. Unable to connect it to my African Grey Timnehs cage due to the connectors being extremely small.

Polished stainless steel mirror! Perfect size for my large cockatoos. And being stainless they can not crack it or digest pieces! Bird safety is number one in my book! It has hooks on the top and 2 tiny bolt hole on the bottom to attach it to the cage. It does not come with the bottom mounting bolts or washers. I had to purchase a couple at the hardware store to secure my mirror. If you have smaller birds it will be fine without the bottom bolts. But my extra large birds are very strong and lift it off the hooks playing with it. So mine needed bolting down. Excellent product!

Thus far I've purchased TWO of these: a large for some rescued doves, and a medium for a rescued starling (now almost 9 years old). While I have purchased less-expensive small versions of a flimsy circular mirror with a stick perch as part of the screw attachment, these by Colorday are extremely well-made, fasten easily and securely, and provide a good footing for the birds (the starling has nerve damage in one foot, so the different type perch helps him hold on better), and even the post-Hurricane Beryl rescued doves frequently go to it and seem to enjoy their reflections. Any time I need a bird mirror in the future, I will go to the Colorday version--just SO worth it!

Mon perroquet l'adore. Seul défaut les rondelles pas assez grandes pour une cage pour grand perroquets (j'ai dû les changer). J'ai hesitez mais je ne regrette pas mon achat ☺
