After a gentle persuasion to help them with it they did. Upset about that as I paid an extra £40 for delivery and was surprised at them being reluctant. Come on now, next time don’t charge the extra and do the job all the way. It’s not like I’m asking them to take time off to check the springs. Also I have noticed that the mattresses have different settings to them. So one is good for me and the other not as good.
