Very pleased
Very pleased with this phone . Battery 94 % and phone in excellent condition , no scratches nor marks and functions perfectly ! I didn’t expect this from second hand . I definitely recommend it !

Initially ok but quickly became useless
Worked ok for 2-3 weeks, but touchscreen has become increasingly erratic. Occasionally repeatedly types random keys preventing me from doing anyhing with the phone except shut down and restart (sometimes even that is a struggle). Unfortunately I was away for a couple of weeks and return window closed. Huge waste of money and no guarantee beyond the 30-day return window.

Look like brand new
Bought this as Christmas present. Opened today. It looks like new and battery life is at 94%. I'm so happy!

Renewed iphone
Was a little apprehensive buying renewed phone but no problems whatsoever. The phone delivered was in great condition, easy to set up, packaged well and arrived before delivery date. Would 100% recommend.

No issues
Arrived 4 days early which was great. Set up the phone no problems. Only thing I wanted to mention it felt lighter than my previous iPhone 11, according to the internet, it should weigh 94 gms but this phone weighs 91gms. Maybe due to some parts not being legit. Phone works fine for now. They also threw in a phone cover which was great.
