Very quick delivery, perfect fit and works well

Service was good received next day. Can't believe how flimsy the tank is for £25 + . Without it the steam mop , which I love , is useless. I doubt I'd buy another as the tank cracks so easily and is so expensive to replace . Shame really as the steam mop is brilliant apart from this

This product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and was also expensive. I used it for the first time just days after receiving it, intending to clean my house and steam my sofa. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the tank. The cap that secures the tank broke, causing a significant hole after only 20 minutes of use. This resulted in water leaking everywhere, making it ineffective for cleaning. Overall, I found it to be not worth the investment.

Bought this as a repacement tank, only used about 6 times & now I discovered this one is also cracked. These are expensive to replace, not worth buying the H2O HD steam cleaner as the tank will crack after a few uses. I had to give it 1 star as it won't allow me to give it a big fat O.

Dessvärre har jag inte fått rätt filter ( hålet är för litet ) det är mycket svagt av er att leverera fel produkter, ni borde ställa krav på leverantören att få RÄTT reservdelar, detta är inte första gången det händer, mycket svagt gjort av ER. Min H2OHD-MOP funkar fortfarade inte pga ert USLA tillvägagångssätt med reservdelar, väldigt dåligt.
