Works well after 4 years, Don’t expect Cpu temperature to be down, It helps in creating a proper clearance for laptop fans to work properly, cools the bottom layer of laptop. So it actually allows us to keep the laptop in lap with this in mid. Also don't connect the usb of this directly to laptop, use some old charger and to run this when needed.

I bought this last year May 2022 and now that i have used it for a year, here are some my observations: 1. Laptop heat would be reduced by 70%, you won't feel that you laptop is on stove😂 2. I didn't had any connectivity issues till now. 3.Worth it for the price point. 4. After one year i could now see one of the fans stopped working and i have to make it work by giving it a spin from the holes with thin pen or anything which would pass through the hole.

Worst Product I Had Ever Bought The First Time When I Order This Cooling Pad Only Its Middle Fan Works Properly Other 4 Are Not Working Continuously They Works For Few And Then Stops Then I Thought The Product Might Be Defected I Guess Then I Go For The Replacement When The Replacement Product Comes I Opened The Box And This Time There Is No USB To USB Cable In The Box Then I Got A USB To USB Cable From A Local Shop And Still Only Its Middle Fan Working Properly Other Four Are Still Works And Then Stops And Now Finally I Am Going To Get A Refund Don't Buy This Product I Don't Know What Is Wrong With This Product What Is Going With Those 4 Fans Don't Buy This Product Its A Clear Waste Of Money I Don't Know Why Others Are Appreciating This Product May They Got The Right Working Product.

I WOULD LIKE TO TRY THE XMATE LAPTOP COOLIG PAD WITH 4 FANS, BEFORE GIVING A FINAL CONCLUSION, Firstly it is an awesome cooling pad for its price that is 1200 rs, it would be better if it's cost was 999, it would be a steal deal. With 5 125mm fans it provides emough airflow, no other cooler would provide 5 fans that too all of big size. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE IS THAT YOU MIGHT FEEL THAT ITS ROATION SPEED IS LESS , IF U CONNECT IT TO THE LAPTOP VENT ONLY, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO CONNECT BOTH OF ITS PORTS WITH A POWER SOURCE FOR OBTAINING A LOT BETTER SPEED, HENCE PROVIDING BETTER COOLING, IF ONLY ONE PORT IS CONNECTED IT GIVES AROUND 1000 RPM, AND IF ITS BOTH ORTS ARE CONNECTED THEN IT GIVES AROUND 1400 RPM , THATS A HUGE IMPROVEMENT, I HAVE NOT ATTACHED PHOTOS AS OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT, ONE MORE ISSUE WITH THIS IS THAT ITS HEIGHT SHOULD ME SOMEWHAT MORE INCREASEABLE, WHEREVER HEIGHT IS FINE BUT A LIITLE MORE HEIGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, TALKING ABOUT THE BUILD QUALITY , IT IS NOT VERY GOOD, BUT IS JUST OK. IT DOES NOT GIVE A CREAKING SOUND AT ALL DESIGN AND THE RED FANS ARE REALLY AWESOME., WILL UPDATE AFTER USING IT FOR A MONTH AND AFTER TRYING THE XMATE COOLING PAD. Returned it for refund since it does do any significant cooling to my gaming laptop . This product is a perfect fit for those normal or business laptops which has metal unibody and single fan with a low end GPU like MX 350 . I used it with my office laptop Dell latitude 7400 and it really made a difference in cooling the laptop body . unfortunately the result was not good when it comes to cooling gaming laptops . I have a Dell G5 with i5 8300H, GTX 1060 6GB max q and 16 GB RAM which i use to mine bitcoin . The max hash rate with this laptop is 20 MH/S on a Air conditioned room at 24c. The temperature on this environment reported by GPU is 70c Without laptop cooler on floor without ceiling fan Hash Rate - 20 MH/s initially but after 3 minutes it reduced to 16 MH/S and stayed on it for many hours Temperature - 77c (Miner started reporting overheating alert) Without laptop cooler on floor but now with ceiling fan turned on Hash Rate - 20 MH/s initially but after 5 minutes it was hovering between 17-18 MH/S and stayed on it for many hours Temperature - 77c (Miner started reporting overheating alert) with laptop cooler on floor without ceiling fan Hash Rate - 20 MH/s initially but after 5 minutes it was reduced to 18 MH/S (Only for 1 hour after it again was reduced to 16-17 MH/S) Temperature - 77c(Miner started reporting overheating alert here too) with laptop cooler on floor and with ceiling fan turned on Hash Rate - 18 MH/S most of the time Temperature - 77c(Miner started reporting overheating alert here too) based on my testing here are my observations. 1. Even though the fans are large, it does not have enough pressure to pull cool air after sometime since the air surrounding it becomes warm and it bottlenecks the laptop fan making it unable to pull cool fresh air like it would do when there is no laptop cooler. it does try to cool down the surface of the laptop which i definitely felt because without laptop cooler the bottom area will be scorching hot 2. It is not even capable of moving a single sheet of paper when placed flat on the laptop cooler, this indicates that the RPM is so low that it will cool only the surface and not provide enough fresh air to compensate the heat generated by the laptop. Overall Impression. Good enough for a low end gaming laptop or a normal home laptop up to 15.6 inch 16:9 Aspect ratio. This Will not fit a 17 inch laptop mostly . My Dell G5 struggled to fit even though its a 15.6 inch but with higher height similar to 16:10 laptops. The design of the cooler is not rectangle shaped instead its oddly shaped with USB slots in the middle which make it even harder to cool the hot areas next to the laptop fan. There should be another small fan above the center fan at least. Request to the manufacturer. 1. give the option in the fan controller to increase the RPM of all fans to atleast 2000 RPM if you want to make this product successfully sell between gamers. This might require more than 1 USB ports since a single USB port will not be enough to drive all 5 fans to 2000 RPM or better provide a option to connect with power adapter for max fan speeds. I even tried connecting it to my quick charger adapter and it made no difference 2. Design the cooler in a symmetrical manner which will fit the laptop perfectly.

I am writing this review after using the cooling oad for more than a year now. It is the best cooling pad for it's price. The overall build quality is exceptional. The legs provided for adjusting tilt are sturdy and the fans are well-built. The 5 fans provide great air flow to the bottom of the laptop. Coming to the CPU and GPU Temps of the laptop. I have a Dell G5 SE with Ryzen 7 so I'll state my observations after a year. You will see atleast a drop of 6 to 8⁰C when temps are in 50 to 70⁰C range with the cooling pad on. A 2⁰C drop in the 80 to 90⁰C range with the cooling pad. Those numbers may not seem like alot but when you are rendering a video which would take 1 hr to complete or having a long gaming session in a AAA game that is when even those 2⁰C drop will help in performance and laptop life. Moreover, the fans also blow air over the bottom part of the laptop where the battery is housed helping in it's heat management and prolonging battery longevity of your laptop. It has 2 USB Ports, 1 is used to power the cooling pad from the laptop and the other can be used as USB PassThrough for USB Devices. However, in my case the braided USB A to A cable provided in the box was not supporting pass through for the other port. So, I would advise you to buy a seperate good quality USB A to A cable as the one provided in box only looks good but is not as good in functionality. Would definitely recommend buying this Cooling Pad.

While there is nothing wrong with the product as such, the real question is, do you need it. After buying it and using it for a while now, I feel like I wasted my money. Not because of any quality issues with the product, the product is built perfectly fine, but because it doesn't do much to reduce the laptop temperature. It's expecially not useful when you are gaming and I am just a casual gamer. My laptop has 2 built-in fans whose speed can be controlled. With that in-built fan speed kept to maximum, the CPU temperature, while Gaming, still goes all the way up to 90°+ if I play for a couple of hours(1-2hrs). Even after using this cooling pad, the only difference I see is a drop in temperature by 1° or 2 ° max or none at all. I don't think a price tag of Rs. 1000 or plus is justified for just a 2° drop. As far as the product is concerned, it has a metallic mesh top. Plastic bottom, 5 fans with red led, 2 controllers for fan speed (though speed isn't that much)- one for central fan and second for the corner fours and is very light and the usb connector provided is good quality braided. You can't apply much pressure on top of the cooler as it will get flex and fans will hit against the metallic mesh. Overall not a bad product, but coming back to my initial point, the question is whether you really need it and are you ready pay a thousand Rs for a drop of max to max 2°. The answer, I painfully found out was that, I atleast didn't need it.

Using it From last 3.5 year. No issue and Really Helpful to maintain thermals of Laptop while Gaming. Just connecting cable stop working after two year but cooling pad works fine.
