Does this Kit come with a drain plug o-ring or do I need to buy that separatly

You will need to buy it separately. The O ring is not always needed to be replaced when you change all oils. I change mine once every couple of years to be safe.

Will this work with a 2015 Road Glide?

I have an 05 Dyna and it worked fine for me, plenty of fluids and had no problems what so ever.

Will this kit work on my 2010 triglide?

Sure, it’s standard HD fluid. However, it’s always best to purchase these at a dealer to make sure it’s appropriate for your model. I did the mail order thing cuz my nearest dealer was 75 miles away.
