Sad at first, happy at the end
It was used, dirty and all scratched up. Had this black substance on it. This pull not have been new. Sadly is was well made. Somewhat smaller in my eyes though. Returning it. after chatting i got dizzy. chat session made it difficult to get label. then i got a call from amazon and as usual everything got resolved. the woman was so helpful that i got an exchange instead of a refund because it is a beautiful piece. The second shipment was perfect
