GO BUY IT RIGHT NOW!!! I can’t stress this enough. Everyone who’s saying it’s good, isn’t lying one bit. This is my second time buying a cup and originally I used the DIVA cup but Saalt is the best! It’s super soft, comfortable and holds heavy flows with no leakage or issues whatsoever!! With the DIVA cup I couldn’t even last a full day at work without having issues but with Saalt, no matter if I’m at work or doing something else, I don’t have to worry about it ruining my day. So go buy it and rest assured this is one of the best cups in the market to have. It’s made my periods pain, and worry free.

I have used pads during my teens and started using pads during my mid twenties. I have always wanted to try mensural cups. I read reviews on this brand and Diva cup. I read that this brand is softer, so it's easier to put it in and don't have to worry about the stick hurting. I can definitely attest to that. I was comfortable using it since day 1. Note that the cups don't go as much in as tampons. Also the stick below is only to locate the cup when you're pulling it out but not actually holding while pulling it, unlike tampons where you hold the thread to pull it down. But it's so great! I don't even wear a liner. Absolutely no leak. Also, saves you more money!

So I rarely ever actually write reviews like a product has to be top notch for me to be able to. Well this is it. I received my cup and followed the instructions. I feel like it is weird to insert (like everything is at first) but once you get the hang of it, its easy peasy. I was a little scared because of how far it seemed to go up but it doesn’t go as far as tampons and because it is bigger than your cervix it cant “get stuck”. It is a little difficult to remove, HOWEVER I found it A LOT easier to remove and grab the base of it if you act like your pushing to have a bowel movement (it pushes it down your vaginal wall) to make it easier to grab. After learning this I have no issue removing it. During the first couple times it “suctions” to the base of your cervix so it wont leak it does feel like an odd pressure but it didnt hurt. It is also COMFORTABLE you dont feel it like you sometimes do a tampon. Also it eliminates A LOT if not all of the iron/blood smell you get during your cycle. So you don’t have to think that someone smells it (if you’re like me and OCD about the fact you always have to smell good) it removes that odor. Like anything else it takes time getting used to. HONESTLY a game changer. So much I ordered a second one one for home and one for work ( I work 12 hour shifts so sometimes if I start my cycle I’m screwed) so I ordered one to have at home and one to keep in my bag for work. I will never go back to pads or tampons ever again. I highly recommend this product to anyone Thats considering it. Just like with everything else do your research before you try. I have an allergy to latex so I have to watch what I use and these are latex free!!

My background info: 30yo, 2 kids (1 full term, both c-sections), ~50lb overweight, average cervix height, weaker pelvic floor, sensitive bladder, medium to heavy flow, switching to cups from pads. Initial impression: Insertion and removal takes some contortion if you're not used to it and I did not know if it was in correctly. Thankfully, the cup did magically pop open in the correct spot and seal effectively. I wore it all day and it didn't need adjustment even when climbing through a kids' play structure after my toddlers. I didn't even know I was bleeding let alone how much until I emptied the cup that evening. No leaks so far. No bladder or bowel obstruction although after the latter I felt the need to readjust and it's hard to tell if that was effective. It does lose some points for comfort because it's intensifying my cramps -- from nonexistent to mild on a normal cycle to mild to moderate and constant. Removal is tricky (though keep in mind I'm inexperienced and have nothing to compare to). I'm happy I went for the larger cup despite how small I tend to be in that area because it's difficult to pinch the cup well enough to remove and keep it roughly vertical. I do need to bear down or I won't be able to grip more than the stem, but with that it's fairly easy. The stem is a good length for me as-is. I did not go as far as to only insert and remove in the shower as is often recommended for new users and I haven't had major clean up issues yet, so that isn't strictly necessary. So far, the capacity is more than sufficient even 12hr from evening to next morning. Today will be the true test of that. Will update over the course of my first few cycles with it.

I used to use Lunette cups for several years and the material is a lot harder, stiff and less flexible than Saalt cups. They were my first ever cups so I just assumed this was the norm for menstrual cups but while sitting with the cup in, it would literally hurt as I'd feel the stem pushing against me inside. I could never forget I was wearing it cos I always felt it inside me due to the stiff material. I randomly looked around at options and the reviews for Saalt cups looked so promising for my issues with Saalt so I took a chance and I'm so glad I did!! It's sooo comfortable, soft, flexible and the stem isn't hard, I can sit nicely while it's inside without feeling any discomfort or pain. I've actually forgotten at times when I'm on my period because I hardly notice. I find I need to empty it at about 70% capacity or else it can start to leak a bit when I'm sitting down (due to the cup bending). But I don't find this to be an issue. It's really made periods quite hassle free and I'm so thankful for this! Will be using it for life

Actually, I was scared to try it but it’s a pretty good solution to tampon madness.

Really like the softness of this cup it fits nicely and creates a really good seal. There is no slipping, leaking or issues during wear time. Can be a bit finicky to pop open but after a bit of practice it's a great cup!

Got normal size ( three births ). Had it for over six months. It leaks, although applied correctly (I’ve had other cups before).
